Get to Know Canyon Rigging

Passion, Perseverance, Dedication to Excellence, and Good Old-Fashioned Hard Work

A culture focused on quality and customer service is ingrained at Canyon Rigging. Canyon Rigging is a family business that was started in 1998 in the foothills of Southern Alberta, 12 miles Southwest of Okotoks. Gregg and Debbie Hampton, the owners of the company, have been in the cargo securement and rigging industry since 1978 bringing over 40 years of experience to the company.

“We’ve been through the highs and lows of our industry and realize the importance of good old fashion customer service along with a fair price” —Gregg Hampton.

Canyon Rigging services their customers with a fleet of one-ton flat deck trucks, which also serve as a mobile store for the customers that need something right away. If you need cargo securement and rigging for your ATV or the largest cranes in North America and everything in between, they are here to service you. No order is too large or too small. Specializing in customizing anything you need.

Community Involvement

Our passion for our business is matched by the same passion for community. A ranching family (Debbie Hampton was raised on a Saskatchewan farm and has a passion for horses), the family is a big supporter of local rodeo and sporting events. They currently sponsor Kylie and Brady Whiteside, young up and coming barrel racers.

After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City, the couple rode their horses to the U.S. border in a show of support. They raised $135,000 for the victims and drew over 3,000 people with them. Every year, Owner Debbie Hampton runs a coat drive in Okotoks for the Mustard Seed. Last year was the largest yet, with 2,500 coats donated.
